Investigating

Vitally’s primary US database is under increased load leading to general slowness. Some integration data is delayed as a result.

We will be performing a brief database maintenance at 05:00 UTC (00:00 ET) tonight to increase database capacity in our US datacenter. Vitally’s platform and API will be unavailable for up to 10 minutes.
